Michael McQuagge

Michael McQuagge serves as Of Counsel to the Law Offices of Don Mathews, bringing 29 years of personal injury experience to the firm. A lifelong Fort Myers resident, Mr. McQuagge is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and has represented clients throughout Florida in complex personal injury litigation matters. He is the founder and owner of The McQuagge Law Firm in Fort Myers, Florida, and previously served as a Trial Attorney with Morgan & Morgan and in-house counsel for AllState Insurance. Mr. McQuagge is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Mediator as well as a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and Texas.

Mr. McQuagge earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida in 1991 and received his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1997. While attending the University of Florida, he was a varsity letter winner and quarterback for the Florida Gators football team from 1986 through 1989, wearing jersey number 15. He has remained actively involved in the Southwest Florida community through leadership and board service, including the Fort Myers American Little League and the University of Florida F Club Varsity Letter Winner Committee. He is also involved with the American Cancer Society and the Boys and Girls Club.
